Review -Thanks to Karthik from Mumbai
The 20 city Tata Crucible Campus 2010 finally came to an end yesterday with the National Final at the Taj, Mumbai.
As expected, the 20 teams were divided into 2 Semi Finals. Each Round had 20 questions on the buzzer with the top 4 teams from each Semis qualifying for the final. The Final followed the Regional Round Cricket Format which had the unnecessary increase in scores with passes etc. The questions were mostly old questions, thus forcing participants to believe in the Format more than the content. All the same, it was an exciting evening and a Saturday well spent.
After the 5 round final, IMT Ghaziabad won the Nationals followed by IIM-Lucknow and IIM Calcutta.
The International Final unfortunately could not take place due to some Visa issues wrt the Singapore Finalists.
You can find a list of the questions from the finals and another review from Quiziebee’s blog here.
