Brand: Amazon.com

What is Amazon – is a Fortune 500 American e-commerce company which is the largest online electronic retailer in America
Founder: Jeff Bezos in 1994
Brand History – Amazon began as an online bookstore. This gave it the advantage of having more titles than the traditional brick-and-mortar stores. The company was originally named Cadabra, Inc., but the name was changed when it was discovered that people sometimes heard the name as “Cadaver”.
The name Amazon.com was chosen because the Amazon River is one of the largest rivers in the world and so the name suggests large size, and also in part because it starts with “A” and therefore would appear near the beginning of alphabetical lists.
Brand Logo: The Amazon logo represents the very same message that they sell everything from A to Z and the arrow below the logo represents the smile that customers would experience by shopping on the Amazon.com website.
