my query was: is entry a free-for-all thing (for watching the quiz i mean) or do i have to pay to get in to watch? and if so, how much are the tickets???

There is no entry fee to be a participant or part of the audience.

The quiz happens every Aug 15 in Chennai, Nov 1 in Bangalore.
